Building a renter profile is not charged for. Separately, in England the Tenant Fees Act 2019 prohibits a landlord or agent from charging a tenant for referencing. That is the law rather than something VEYLO X provides.
How do I know a property is real?+
Before a landlord can take a holding deposit, VEYLO X requires a property ownership check to be completed, and we keep the result on the record so you can see it before you commit. Beyond that, we do not vet, score or guarantee a landlord or a listing, and the decision stays with you.
Who can see my information?+
Your renter profile is yours. Your data is encrypted, only used for the tenancy, and never sold. You decide when to share it.
What is Right to Rent?+
