Registrations and memberships

Companies House

Registered as VEYLO X Limited, company number 17203848, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.

Check it on the Companies House register.

Information Commissioner's Office

VEYLO X Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration ZC156986, as a data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Registration is a notification every controller must make. It is not an approval of how we handle information. What we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights are in our Privacy Notice.

Check it on the ICO public register.

Redress scheme membership

VEYLO X Limited is a member of the Property Redress Scheme. The scheme is independent of us. If you have complained to us and we have not put it right, you can ask the scheme to look at your complaint. The scheme is free for you to use. How to complain, and what we will do and by when, is at veylox.uk/complaints.

Check it on the Property Redress Scheme's Agent finder.

Listing data

Landlord-declared fields, including Council Tax band, EPC rating, certificate dates and floor area, are shown as the landlord entered them and are not independently verified by VEYLO X. Where official public-sector data exists for England, we link to that source or show it with attribution.

Read our Terms of Service.

Who pays for VEYLO X, and what that means

VEYLO X is paid for by landlords. Renters are not charged for anything on VEYLO X. Because the landlord is the paying side, most of what we build is built for a landlord: organising a property's compliance documents, keeping a record of the rent, and gathering the records a landlord already holds into a factual pack that the landlord can give to their own solicitor, including where a landlord is taking advice about recovering possession or ending a tenancy. Some screens and documents on VEYLO X are open only to a landlord, and some only to a renter.

What we do not do, for either of you, is check, verify, judge, advise or decide. VEYLO X is not a party to your tenancy, does not negotiate or agree terms for either party, does not take on anybody's compliance obligations, and does not provide legal advice to either of you. We record what each of you tells us and we show it to whoever is entitled to see it.

To find out what we hold about you, whichever side you are on, our Privacy Notice explains it and how to ask us for a copy.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us at complaints@veylox.uk. Our complaints procedure sets out what we will do and by when, and how to ask the Property Redress Scheme to look at your complaint if we have not put it right. It is at veylox.uk/complaints.

Reporting something that looks wrong

If you think a listing or any information on VEYLO X is inaccurate or breaches our Terms, tell us at info@veylox.uk. We will look at what you send us and take whatever action our Terms allow, which may include asking the person who provided the information to correct it. We do not decide disputes between a landlord and a renter. If your complaint is about our own service, our complaints procedure is at veylox.uk/complaints.

Change record

5 September 2026, trust-centre-v1.1-2026-09-05. Two changes and nothing a reader relies on. The membership number was removed from the redress card: the statute asks for the name of the scheme, the scheme's own rules never mention a number, and the scheme verifies a member by name, so on a card headed "check it yourself" the number could not be checked with anything. It remains on our complaints procedure and in the Terms. And this section was headed Changes and is now headed Change record, the same name the Terms and the Privacy Notice use for the same thing.

4 September 2026, trust-centre-v1.0-2026-09-04. First published. This page carries the registrations and memberships that used to be inside the application, in the wording approved by the CLO on 4 September 2026. Three things that were on the application screen are not here, and this entry says so plainly rather than leaving a reader to notice the absence. There is no insurance card: the policy is written for a different business description, the broker has not confirmed in writing that it responds to the business as actually carried on, and until that confirmation arrives publishing cover details would be a representation we cannot stand behind. There is no section on how the company earns money: two of its sentences were refused and the question underneath one of them, whether any user money ever passes through an account in the company's name, has not been traced. There are no complaint timescales: those live in the Terms and on the complaints page, in identical words, and a third version of them differing from the other two would be read against us. The scheme membership on this page is a new fact rather than a moved one, and the application screen this page replaces said the opposite. That is why the screen could not simply be copied across.
